“The key to being a successful therapist is listening to each and every Client, as each is unique in terms of therapeutic needs, and therefore no treatment is ever the same…” a philosophy that Chantalle has employed since receiving her Registered Massage Therapy certification in November 1998 through the D’Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. Her practice got its start in a small room at a chiropractic clinic, until she accumulated more Clients than she had time to treat. In 2006, her dream became a reality and Kneaded Care Inc. was born—a massage & laser therapy clinic that employed two RMTs supported by an on-line booking system.

Both Kneaded Care and Chantalle have evolved dramatically since then. In 2009, after expanding the massage business, Kneaded Care opened its Physical Therapy department and supplemented services with Bowen Therapy. By 2011, growth had led to expansion that included doubling clinic space and staff; however, it was in the last week of April 2009 when Chantalle’s personal and professional life would change forever. On April 23, 2009 she was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award, bestowed upon her by her colleagues at the Brantford-Brant Chamber of Commerce; a week later she gave birth to her son, Maximilian.

Chantalle officially retired from massage in December of 2014 so that she could devote her time to developing the business while pursuing a part-time career with Arbonne International.  Her ‘Client-first, custom care’ philosophy for Kneaded Care has rippled out to other members of the Kneaded Care team and serves as the inspiration behind our services.

Apart from running two businesses, it is Chantalle’s role as a hockey mom and wife that ultimately fuels her fire, as she relishes her time at home and local rinks supporting her boys in their pursuit of their own dreams. Living life, helping others…isn’t that what it’s all about?
