What inspires me about my job?
Helping clients make the changes that they want for their lives. Improved sleep, movement, work function or meaningful social time. Being a part of another person’s journey is a privilege.

Goals I want to achieve:
To inspire growth mindset in those around me. To develop my skillset in movement practice tailored to those in chronic pain. To raise up two productive & happy citizens to adulthood. To go outside, an activity I find invigorating, one hour more each week.

My favourite way(s) to stay active:
I love volleyball & skiing in winter & anything outdoors in summer with biking & gardening at the top of the list.

One thing in my daily routine that brings me peace:
I start each day by listing 3 things I am grateful for each day. I am not a morning person & I am so less grumpy when I do this!

My hobbies include:
Camping & DIY, reading & baking.

One item from my bucket list:
I’d like to ride a motorcycle through the desert states during sunset. I don’t have a motorcycle license nor have any clue how a dessert would be a comfortable place to motorcycle in leathers … but who said dreams are rational?

If I entered a talent show my talent would be:
The shortest act … as I would get boos and be ousted off stage, for I am, sadly, not a performer.

"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” (Thanks Grandpa for that inspiration!)
