Returns & Exchanges

Please note that all preorders, and sale purchases are final sale and not eligible to be refunded.

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please get in touch with us via email to arrange an exchange or return. Please use the subject line “Return” or “Exchange” and be sure to include your name and order number in the email.

You will be required to pay for return shipping costs.

Unused or damaged items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt of pick up. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received, it takes 2 – 3 business days for the refund to be processed and 3 – 5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) upon receipt back to Kneaded Care. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
