Cupping

Cupping is a treatment that has been used for a number of ailments for thousands of years. It is the placement of inverted cups (various material) to certain parts of the body, creating suction on the skin. This negative pressure helps to increase blood flow to sore areas in the body, providing pain relief, while promoting healing.

Risks or complications associated with cupping:

Even though cupping is a relatively low-risk therapy, you may still experience,

  • Nausea.
